Dyslexia Support Graphic

If your QuickScreen Dyslexia Test reveals that you have definite indicators of dyslexia, your personalised and comprehensive report will give you advice on what to do next to gain support – whether you are a student or employee.

Dyslexia Study Support at College and University

As a student you can approach the Study Support Centre at your college or university with your QS dyslexia test report.

Ask to discuss this with them and chat about follow up assessments and what study support is available. Find out more on the British Dyslexia Association website where they give hints and tips for students in further and higher education.

Dyslexia Support at your Workplace

Your employer can also provide support as a result of reviewing your QuickScreen Dyslexia Test Report. We have had great feedback from people in public and private sector organisations that have had exam support, concessions with theory exams for driving tests and other workplace adjustments.

“I haven’t taken a dyslexia test before, but it was very comprehensive. As a consequence of the report, I have a better understanding of my condition. I have also gained full support from my workplace and the purchase of equipment in order to help me.”

Recently we have had positive results where support has been offered for people facing IELTS (International English Language Testing System) exams and SCSC (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) tests.

“Hi Dr Walker, thank you so much for the dyslexia test certificate you have sent me. The Construction Skills Certificate Scheme have accepted it. I have my test next week and they said they will help me. Many thanks.”

Whilst we acknowledge that online tests cannot be equated to the more in depth and one to one assessment procedures, we believe that they should be taken seriously. They are credible and have had to become more rigorous in terms of their research and validity. See our independently verified research into the results of the QuickScreen test. Many organisations now recognise online tests and treat them with the respect they deserve.

“So pleased to have the support from QS Dyslexia Tests in Force to support our employees. The data can tell us so much and allow us to offer specific help where needed.”

Online dyslexia tests have already supported thousands of dyslexic adults who would not otherwise have had the opportunity (or funds) to be tested for dyslexia. This has been commented on by Lord Addington on the BBC – read more about Diagnosing Dyslexia – 3 Reasons to take an Online Dyslexia Test

“The test was recommended by the Union to my employer (HR) as I am undergoing performance and capability issues. I have submitted the results to my manager who is now in the process of organising a full assessment by a qualified assessor.”
