QuickScreen is an online dyslexia test that provides you with a hugely useful and detailed report to help you know what to do next. But that’s not all.

You also have additional support via our email or telephone helplines if you have any questions. Our team can assist with technical enquiries and professional dyslexia advice if you need it.

It’s great to know there are real experienced people to call upon, isn’t it? Just in case. We’re all used to using digital technology, but you can’t beat speaking to a human being when you need help!

Along with our helplines, we also offer a Dyslexia Test Certificate if required by your employer. Please ask if you wish to have this additional service.

The QuickScreen test was developed by Pico Educational Systems Limited who pioneered the first computer-based dyslexia assessment back in 1997. So they know what they’re talking about!

How to contact the Dyslexia Test Support Team

If you have completed your QuickScreen dyslexia test and you have your report, the first step is to email your questions to [email protected], or use the form on our contact page.

Alternatively, or in addition, we can speak to you on the telephone. Please call
020 8674 9571 between 9 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Or call 01424 254658 and leave a message. We will return your call within 24 hours.

Along with our helplines, we also offer a Dyslexia Test Certificate if required by your employer. Please ask if you wish to have this additional service.
